OUR PROJECTS

Since Akoma Consulting began in 2016, we’ve provided our services to a variety of businesses. On every project we undertake, our most important objective is to relate with clients and understand their core necessities and goals. Below are some examples of the work we’ve done - take a look, and get in touch to learn more.

SDI - CHARITY

Akoma recently completed a Strength Deployment Inventory workshop for a charity Executive Team at our own expense.  Our charity of the year was chosen after receiving a number of nominations and us selecting the one that best matched our values.  It was a rewarding day, enabling teams that can not always access this type of training to enhance their team dynamics and the effectiveness of the charity.

HOLT RUGBY CLUB

An experiential session for a youth team transitioning to the senior team in regards to their leadership and team dynamics both on and off the pitch.  Great to see the team embrace the concepts and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with such an enthusiastic and driven team.  We can't wait to see how their seasons unfolds…

FUN RUNNERS

A local amateur running group approached us for sponsorship of their running tag system and awards for their annual competition.  We couldn’t turn down the request seeing the invaluable work that this group does in terms of helping promote a healthy lifestyle and give confidence to people of all ages and backgrounds.

MUD RUN - EAST ANGLIA AIR AMBULANCE

Well what can we say, if you have a day in the office with your business partner crazy decisions can be made.  As a result we embarked into the mud after gaining a significant amount of fund-raising for East Anglia Air Ambulance.  We are pleased to say we made it and definitely a case of ‘eating our own dinner’ in terms of looking to display the team behaviours we promote whilst being hosed by the local fire brigade and heaving each other over hay bales….

SCHOOL COLOUR RUN

We were approached to fund the medals for the local village school based near our office. This meant that the charitable donations for their colour run all went to the charity rather than on costs. This aligned with Kat and Ian’s passion for the health and wellbeing of young people – both physical and emotional.
